Prenatal classes, for the expecting, are once a week for 8 weeks your investment $160.00

You must be at least 13 weeks gestation and have your health care providers permission.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Other props will be provided.
Mats are available to rent for $3.00

Marie’s passion for helping other people shines through in her teaching. Having suffered a back injury years ago; she found yoga through her chiropractor.
Years have passed, but the desire to learn more about yoga continued to grow. Marie wants yoga to be available to everyone no matter their physical fitness level. “Start where your are and grow at your own pace” By living a preventative lifestyle we can age as gracefully as possible.
Prenatal yoga is meant to empower women to have a positive birth experience, through body awareness, education, and practice.
